Well Dressed for Spring 2024

I'm fundraising for...

On March 27, 2024, I will be walking the runway at Well Dressed for Spring in support of Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation at Yorkville Village.

This event will help raise funds for the cancer support programs and services that Wellspring provides, at no cost, to individuals and families living with cancer. Please help me reach my fundraising goal, so that together we can make a difference in the lives of Wellspring members.

Our cancer journey continues as we navigate grief and the realities of life of a solo parent family. This journey brought us closer and made us realize the value of love and helping others.

𝙈𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮

Becoming a Reiki Master was a decision led by fate for me. Four years ago, at the height of Covid, my husband, Andrei, was diagnosed with aggressive stage 4 colon cancer and was only given months to live.

We both spent three long months in hospital separated from our three little children – Sofia, Adele, and Gabi (6, 3, and 1 at the time). Nine months after his diagnosis, Andrei tragically passed away, at home and surrounded by loved ones. He was only 37 years old.

I felt spiritually guided, not only by my husband, but her father who also passed away from cancer to learn how to become a Reiki Master so I could share my talent with cancer patients and their families.

Reiki is known to have significant benefits to people living with cancer, my cup is now full knowing that I can provide that support to people who need it most.
