Register - Well Dressed for Spring 2026 | Wellspring Cancer Support

Applications are now open for individuals interested in participating as a Walk of Hope Model in the Well Dressed for Spring fashion show on March 25, 2026, at The Quay in Toronto.

Selected models will commit to a minimum fundraising goal of $5,000 for Wellspring, engaging their personal and professional networks in support of this meaningful cause.

Models will have the opportunity to share their personal journey with an audience of more than 400 guests and will be styled by a Holt Renfrew stylist, with professional hair and makeup provided before walking the runway.
