June 25, 2024 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Like being locked into a roller coaster ride you can't get off, this past year has been filled with highs, lows, twists and turns.
To mark the end of treatment (and stepping off the roller coaster) we've created a team for the Cancervive Ride for Wellspring.
Wellspring provides FREE services to people with cancer, and their caregivers, and has been a godsend for me throughout. I take restorative yoga there twice a week, and I've taken their brain fog, return to work and healing journey courses. They are a truly amazing organization and have been my safe space and community this past year.
I invite you to help me reach my fundraising goal as I participate in a 1-day bike ride through Banff National Park.
