I’m doing it again! Help me make a difference!
5 years ago, for my 50th Birthday, I walked 500 miles (800 km) to raise money for Wellspring. In April, I will turn 55 and I am going to do 500 More!
To launch this, my band BIG NIGHT OUT will be playing a special free gig (The 500 More Tour!) at The Duke Pub on Queen Street East on April 25th at 3pm. The dance floor will be hoppin'!

Wellspring is very special to me and my family. They have been an enormous help to us and I have been paying that forward for 7 years as a volunteer doing various roes including coaching, Peer Support and running a choir!
Wellspring helps people with cancer live better. Your donation will help provide programs and services that meet the emotional, social, physical and practical needs of people living with cancer and those who care for them.
