Hi, I’m Ela. I have to admit - I’m afraid of heights, but this September I’m pushing myself out of my comfort zone for a cause close to my heart.

I’m fundraising for the Skyline Rush Challenge! I’ll be repelling down a high-rise building in Sandman Hotel, downtown Edmonton - over 27 stories! Yes, you read that right - I’m stepping off the edge to raise funds and awareness for people living with cancer. It’s thrilling, a little terrifying, but absolutely worth it.

All proceeds support Wellspring Alberta, an incredible organization offering free programs, services, and support to individuals living with cancer whether newly diagnosed, caregivers, or kids. This challenge is especially meaningful to me as I dedicate it to my Aunt Evelyn, who bravely fought cancer. I’m honored to carry her memory forward through this effort.
