I would 💗 for you to help me support WELLSPRING this Giving Tuesday!

✨💞✨Hey friends!💞✨💞

Starting today, until December 3rd, I will be participating in Giving Tuesday in support of the amazing and life improving Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation.  

If you are not familiar (and I certainly wasn’t), Wellspring helps people LIVING with cancer elevate their quality of life and strengthen their mind and body through complimentary, innovative, inclusive, holistic support programs. I am inspired by the remarkable difference Wellspring makes for thousands of people living with cancer every day. The work that Wellspring does is challenging, but incredibly important work, and they do it in the most kind, calm, open, considerate, personal, judgment free way - it really is like nothing I have experienced before; it is simply so much better!

We know that cancer affects more than just the body—it impacts every aspect of a person’s life. That’s why Wellspring’s programs are so vital, providing  🆓 emotional, social, and practical support to individuals and their families as they navigate their own cancer journey. From counseling and support groups, art 🎨 and music 🎶 therapy, reiki, meditation and mindfulness, to specialized exercise programs, Wellspring helps people live BETTER with cancer. 

But, unfortunately these wonderful and truly necessary programs aren’t possible without the support of a loving, supportive, dedicated community - that’s where all of us beautiful people have a chance to give and feel the wonderful benefits that come with it! 

Wellspring's Giving Tuesday goal this year is to raise a total of $50,000 to continue to create, support and deliver these life improving programs for those living with cancer.  

My personal goal is to help raise $5000. If you are able to give and this organization feels good to you or is aligned with your values, I would love 💗 for you to join me in supporting their efforts this year! If not, I completely understand - we always have to do what feels right to us.

I know that this is an aggressive goal, but I feel confident that together we can accomplish this and ensure that those people that need this support continue to receive it!
