2026 Skyline Rush

Help me support Wellspring through my Skyline Rush Challenge

I’m fundraising for the Skyline Rush Challenge — and for me, this one is personal.

I was recently (Sept. 19) invited to participate in this year’s Skyline Rush Challenge and decided to say yes — even if I'm joining a little last-minute!

This October, I’ll be stepping off the edge of the Courtyard Edmonton Downtown and rappelling more than 24 stories (240-feet) in support of Wellspring Alberta.

As a two-time Stage 4 cancer survivor, I know firsthand how dramatically a cancer diagnosis can change your world — and the world of the people who love you.

That’s why supporting people and families facing cancer means so much to me.

Wellspring Alberta provides free programs, resources, and a supportive community for people living with cancer, as well as their caregivers and loved ones. It’s support that extends beyond medical treatment to help people navigate everything else that comes with a cancer diagnosis.

So, yes, stepping backwards off a 24-storey building is going to be a little nerve-wracking! But I’ve faced some pretty daunting challenges before, and, this time, I get to do it by choice — and for a great cause.

I may be getting a late start on the fundraising, but I’d love to make the time I have count.

If you’re able, I’d be incredibly grateful for your support. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation and cheering me on as I take the leap!

Every donation helps Wellspring Alberta ensure that people facing cancer don’t have to face it alone.
