Its been a looong time since I last rode with Cancervive. In 2008 I rode to Philly with an incredible group of motivated riders. This year, we're not going as long, but the cause is just as important.
I am cycling to support those living with cancer and their caregivers. And to recognize the incredible impact the founder of this ride had on me, the community, and the family he left behind.
Brian started Cancervive to support Wellspring, a charitable organization that supports, informs and empowers anyone diagnosed with any type of cancer, their caregivers and their families. They offer a comprehensive range of evidence-informed programs and resources free of charge and without referral, all under the vision that no one has to face cancer alone.
