From Toronto to PEI: Cycling for Cancer Support & Second Chances
From August 15–22, 2026, I’ll be cycling from Toronto to Charlottetown with a team of riders who are equal parts determined, optimistic, and mildly unaware of how many hills exist between here and PEI. We’re doing it to raise funds for the Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation.
This ride is personal for me. I’ve lost a person in my family who never had access to the kind of support Wellspring offers. They faced cancer without the resources, community, or guidance that could have made their journey a little lighter. With this ride, I want to help make sure others do have that option — real support, freely available, when life turns upside down.
Wellspring provides programs and services at no cost to individuals and families living with cancer, and your donation helps keep those doors open. Think of your gift as the fuel or wind at my back that keeps me pedalling — especially when I’m questioning my life choices somewhere up the hill of a highway.
