15 Days to Raise $1500! Help me support Wellspring this Giving Tuesday

From now until December 3rd, I will be participating in Giving Tuesday in support of Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation.  

Wellspring helps people living with cancer elevate their quality of life and strengthen their mind and body through innovative support programs.

Anyone who has been touched by cancer, knows that cancer affects more than just the body—it impacts every aspect of life. Over the past 24 years, I have had the privilege of working on Wellspring’s program team.  I have seen first hand the incredible impact that these programs offer.  From strategies to cope with challenging side effects, to exercise, nutrition and relaxation programs to strengthen body and mind, to offering a space for connections to be made with others who truly understand, Wellspring is a haven for both those directly touched by cancer and those who support them.  

I picked a photo of the original house in Oakville to share in my profile because it reminds me how far Wellspring has come since 2000, thanks to the generous support of donors like yourself.  From our humble beginnings, we have grown to offer over 50 programs coast to coast to coast through our warm & welcoming centres and through our virtual platform.   Wellspring is the only cancer organization in Canada to offer such a wide range of programs at no charge.

But these programs just aren’t possible without the support of our community. I know that there are a lot of organizations looking to you for support this season.  Please know that by supporting Wellspring your donation is making a significant difference in the lives of individuals diagnosed with cancer.

Wellspring's Giving Tuesday goal this year is to raise a total of $50,000 to fund critical support programs for those living with cancer.  I am hoping you can help get us there by helping me reach my goal!
