This year, I signed up for the Cancervive Ride for Wellspring Alberta. Wellspring provides over 70 evidence-based support programs to families affected by cancer. The 75km Cancervive ride through Banff National Park aims to raise funds to maintain and expand Wellspring’s initiatives. I invite you to help me reach my fundraising goal in whatever way you can!
Whereas many cancer organizations raise money to fund cancer research, Wellspring focuses on helping patients through the tough reality of living with cancer. Their programs include symptom management, financial and workplace strategies, education, and group support; and are offered completely free of charge and without referral. Wellspring’s vision is to make sure that no one has to face cancer alone.

Saturday 17th Aug
Wow! The support for this incredibly meaningful cause has been nothing short of incredible. In under two weeks, we’ve reached our goal of $2000 and we’re on track to raise even more.
In light of the fundraising milestone, I have decided to increase my ride distance from 75km to a whopping 110km. Furthermore, I’ll be increasing the fundraising goal to $3500!
With just under a month until the big ride, let’s push hard and raise as much as we can so no one has to face cancer alone!
