'It's not about how much we give, but how much love we put into giving'

Every year, my family and I take part in the Wellsprings Chinguacousy Big Walk to raise awareness and funds for Wellsprings Cancer Centre. 

Wellsprings provides a nurturing and inclusive environment where physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual support is given to cancer patients and their families. My grandma went to Wellsprings throughout her battle with cancer and was very appreciative and grateful for all the support and love they showed her. 

From taking part in knitting classes, to doing yoga, my Nani found peace in being at Wellsprings; she loved going to the centre and she looked forward to taking part in the walk each year. 

Since she's passed, my family and I have continued to support Wellsprings and bring awareness to my Nani's "home away from home". 

This year we have decided to raise funds as a team and are extending an invitation to anyone who would like to participate in the walk or donate to the cause!
