The Big Walk is more than a day on the calendar. It is a day when our community comes together to show people facing cancer that they are not alone.
For more than a decade, the Big Walk has brought together individuals, families, friends, volunteers, donors, community partners and local businesses to raise vital funds for Wellspring Chinguacousy Cancer Support Centre.
Every dollar raised helps Wellspring provide programs and services at no cost to individuals living with cancer, as well as their families and caregivers. From emotional and psychological support to exercise and wellness programs, peer connection and practical resources, Wellspring is here to help people navigate life with cancer.
And as our community continues to grow, so does the need for support.

About Wellspring Chinguacousy
Wellspring Chinguacousy Cancer Support Centre provides a welcoming community where individuals living with cancer, as well as their families and caregivers, can find support, connection and practical resources.
Our programs are designed to help ease emotional distress, build strength and mobility, reduce fatigue, foster connection and belonging, and support people through the many challenges that can come with a cancer diagnosis.
Specialized financial, workplace, counselling and other cancer-related supports are also available.
Wellspring Chinguacousy programs are available at no cost and without referral at our centre in Brampton, Ontario, and online to individuals across Canada.
